Winning a contest on Twitter is only just becoming a big craze and big brands are realising its true full social potential ! People with sole motives of winning a Twitter contest spend copious amount of hours coming up with innovative whacky emotional one liners but not Me ! I simply answered this really easy question on Motherhood (guessing with years of practice was no big deal !). And next thing i know I get a 'You have Won' and DM my details. Done thing.
The fact that it was a christmas lunch or dinner was the one factor that weighed on my actually utilising the voucher. Christmas lunch with family is almost sacred and ritualistic and cannot be adjusted against any excuse.
The day before Christmas my apprehensions were laid to rest and got a confirmation that it was a dinner voucher so Seven Kitchens it is! Located on level 9m, Seven kitchens is an all day dining experience and is the most spacious option. Open stations with the widest array of cuisine available on offer. Started the evening with the finest wines and then moved to literally Food porn..Asian food, Sushi, Salmon, Italian, Kebabs , Grill section with the choicest of cheese and salad counters. The entrance enticed you with the chocolate fountain and the desserts beside it.
The Live band playing that evening belted out some good old western songs but really did find it a bit distracting!
We took plenty of snaps and shared our experience on Instagram and twitter. After all, the evening was a christmas treat that was unexpected but delightful in every sociable way!
